I requested to cancel my membership via your convoluted website. I don’t want this membership. Help!!!!!
I emailed your customer service because you sent me a bottle and seasoning that you have shipped before and unfortunately it was one that I really didn't like and have yet to get a response. Outside of that, I've enjoyed your boxes
Finally received my November box in January. No response from customer service after sending several emails. Still charged for December and January and still have not received those boxes either. Customer service is a joke with no response

I have had multiple issues with this subscription. In the past 6 months, they have missed two and repeated one of the previous shipments. I have sent multiple emails to the contact on the website with absolutely no response. Great idea in theory, but horrible customer service.
