“Tried the Holy Cow rub at the weekend as recommended by Russel. Cooked 2 sirloin steaks on a Weber Kettle one steak with the rub one without to compare. Put the rub on 20 mins before cooking. Absoultly fantastic results so much so that the steak without the rub tasted bland in comparison. Will definatly be regularly using the rub. ”
