  • How do I know the Rubs or Sauces will taste good?

    We only work with the best Rub and Sauce makers in the US.  Before we select a supplier we taste test and cook BBQ with their rubs and make sure they pass our taste buds.  And many of our suppliers are award-winning BBQ Pitmasters.

  • When do Boxes ship?

    Our cutoff date is the 20th of every month and orders before the cutoff ship on the 1st of every month. But what does that mean? For example: If you ordered on April  your 9th order would ship on May 1st. But if you were to order on April 21st, no worries we will send you a welcome box so you don't have to wait until June 1st.

  • How does Billing work?

    Recurring billing happens at the end of your subscription regardless of duration. Billing will happen on the 15th after your subscription ends. For example if you bought a month to month on the 5th, you would be billed the following month on the 15th. One more example, if you ordered a 3 month subscription on the 19th you will be re-billed the 15th after the 3rd box has arrived.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    It's easy and hassle free.  To cancel your subscription, click on the link sent to your email after you signed up.  Or go to bbqrubclub.net  After logging in there is a cancel option. Cancelling cancels future renewals but any paid for boxes will still ship.
